French Courses

The study of French is a real opportunity for the future of children and adults especially for those who want to successfully integrate themselves into the international labor market. More than 200 million people in the world use French as a lingua franca. The knowledge of French opens the doors of France, but also of Canada, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and several African countries. We should not forget the role it has as an official language of the European Union and UNESCO.

In Academy offers courses  of French language and culture, designed to teenagers and adults.

The backbone of our French lessons for secondary and high school students is to develop and strengthen their knowledge of the language. Pupils will be immerse into the language, developing a language awareness which will allow them to understand and interact with French speakers.

Each lesson includes:

  • Listening and reading actual documents in French;
  • Grammar and vocabulary;
  • Tests;
  • Active interactions.

The class environment will be pleasant, away from the common rigid settings of schools. The student will be able to freely express his personality and make mistakes with no fear of others’ opinion. This method is focused on the students and will allow them to achieve the goals set at the beginning of the course.

The courses for adults have the same structure of the courses for teenagers, but the learning approach will be different. In fact, according to the needs of the students, the teacher will draw a learning path that reflects their main interests. The strength of the lesson lies on the interaction between teacher and pupil.

The courses for older people concentrate on the basic understanding of the concepts of language focusing especially the attention of those who are the cultural aspects typical of French-speaking countries. There will be readings of poems commented, analyzing plays and watching documentaries.
